I missed the original thread, what are you using it for? Generally you would use an xlr cable and connect it to your mixer. If you are using it for something computer based I believe you can get an xlr to usb adapter thing. Been a long time since I did sound setups though. So take that with a grain of salt.

My son and his friends (14 to 15 years old) are forming a band. They have a midi with a computer for a keyboard, a bass, an electric, a sax, and a drummer. They want a couple of mics, and I would like whatever setup to be relatively inexpensive.
