IIRC, the vaccine passport they’re mulling over is one of those QR code-based digital apps in your smartphone. Eventually, I’m sure that some computer whiz will find some way to spoof it (if they haven’t already and have it for sale on the darkweb), but that will require some effort.

Kaiser already issued me one for my iPhone and it’s in the phone wallet.
