this tuna casserole was nothing like the vile concoction of our youth.
it turned out to be excellent, much to my surprise and delight.
I am happy for you! I’m still going to give everything described as “Tuna Casserole” a big stink-eye.
Nowadays, I prefer my tuna lightly seared, then thinly sliced with a little sesame oil, a wash of ponzu, and a small dot of fresh wasabi.
