I would suggest they start by impeaching McConnell, but they can’t.

Would someone explaing to me where “impeachment” grants the House powers it doesn’t currently have. There is no “when the House declares Impeachment, it can bypass normal investigative processes” clause in the Constitution as far as I can tell.
