Trumpsters have been pushing this scenario ever since Biden was declared the winner. Unless the corrupt SCOTUS intervenes in the lawsuits, it’s not happening. But if it does — I think the title of the 2007 Paul Thomas Anderson film will define the moment and there will be no peaceful transition of power.

Quite obviously, in the unlikeliest event the SCOTUS will touch any such case with a 10-ft pole, it’s only to dismiss it with prejudice.
