But the story in question has to do with certain Asian ethnicities and their preferences.

I’m not Asian, but:

My daughter just gave birth to her 4th son.
My daughter-in-law just gave birth to her 4th daughter. She APOLOGIZED to me for not giving her husband another son (they have one boy).
I said, “Is he making you feel bad for having a girl? Who does he think he is, Henry the freaking Eighth? I will kick his ass!”
Then I said, “you know [my daughter] just had her 4th son and I know she wanted a girl. Why don’t you trade?”
My daughter-in-law said “You must be joking!”
“Of course I’m joking!”
