Adding a bit more. The only thing that “proves” that he’s talking about slave labor is the title. You have to have more proof than just a title. He could have very well been telling the truth in that the fence was to keep people out. We’re probably talking really rough rural areas in China.

Of course this is the usual bullshit. The video might be real. Mitt’s saying life in China sucks. I’ve been there, he’s right. Great country but is sucks living there. Are we going to bitch about it from our Chinese made MacBooks and iphone while listening to our iPods which were made made people who probably committed suicide last week? Or maybe we should link to progressive “blogs” like Think Progress and Media Matters whose largest corporate funds come from Wall Mart who imports cheap Chinese made crap for the masses. There is no win here and Mitt’s right. Life in China stinks but we’re living large so we got that going for us…which is nice.
