The most I ever put on a car was my Vega (270,000 when I sold it, I bought it with 22,000). My Smart is pushing 50,000 now (something about all the trips to Canada plus the trip to Arkansas, and regular trips to Colorado and Wyoming).

Did you keep a map drawn with all the places you went or could you simply follow your path by the pieces of the car that fell off as you drove it? My dad bought one back in the day. Worst piece of junk I’ve ever seen. You could hear it rusting as it sat parked in the street. Any week you didn’t have to add 2 quarts of oil was golden.
