Does this Donna Brazile article attacking Hillary Clinton just show that she basically bailed the DNC out of a big financial jam, or am I missing something?

Because this looks like a big nothing on first reading, despite Brazile’s back-stabbing rhetoric. My main impression after reading it is that I’ve lost a LOT of respect for her.
