It looks delicious but messy as hell. There are much better ways to consume bread, egg, cheese and meat. That is what the breakfast sandwich was invented for.

I used to work across the street from a burgers & malt shop called Snuffy’s, and one of my favorite sandwiches there was the egg salad BLT. It was really very good. They call it the Lindy.
