We have Olive Garden of course and also another chain whose name is escaping me.

Italian chain restaurants have no soul. Bland. You have to go to a place with moma chasing people with a big wooden spoon.

Plus, there are so many styles of Italian.

Roma, Sicilian, Neapolitan, Northern…each different in it’s own way and the ingredients used. I think foodies count 20 different regions.
