Yup, depending on when the British collapse occurred, and the timing of the Russian invasion. We and the remains of the Commonwealth might have fallen into a generation of Phony War or Phony Peace. A powerful but exhausted Reich would have sponsored murderous North American racism and anti-Semitism.
