Boy those RWNJ’s really hate frivolous lawsuits don’t they.

The paperwork is done in the format of a sovereign citizen/freeman-on-the-land pseudo-legal gibberish document. There’s probably some significant overlap between sovcits and anti-vaxxers anyway, but now the sovcits are applying their legal intimidation techniques to private citizens under color of anti-vaxx propaganda.
