Since Judge Garland already has a job on the appellate court, and he knew what a crap show he was getting into when President Obama nominated him, I wonder if he or Mr. Obama would withdraw his name from consideration the day after Mrs. Clinton is elected.

The reason would be Senator McConnell’s: The American People should select the next Supreme Court justice.

Will never ever happen. The Court will stay 4-4 even with a Democratic majority unless they get rid of the filibuster. You thought the hatred towards Obama was bad, it’s going to be full metal in January.
