For a real alt-reality political-fantasy-come-true, my bet is on Pence being forced out first: Trump supposedly can’t stand the guy, and has (so reports go) been marginalizing him even more than most VPs historically have been (AFAICT from history, Dubya-and-Cheney AND Obama-and-Biden are the anomalies in POTUS-VPOTUS relationships). And God knows who Donald would nominate to take his place: Ivanka?

If Pence knew and LIED bout it when interviewed, then he could be next. That will lose a load of religious right support of tRump, as I think the only reason they are backing tRump is to try and get their guy Pence in after they manage to get rid of the yam.
