I didn’t say he was in on it. I said that he knew about it and said nothing. While it’s possible he was in on it, I don’t really think that can be true unless he rally had that much of a grudge toward Hillary (although David Axelrod clearly did and does have such a grudge, so it’s not impossible).

And this point of view is not one isolated to me:

He said nothing to the public. We know he talked to lawmakers, and had people looking into it. The question is also: how much did we know before the election, versus now?
