Well, yeah, it’s not high art. It’s a 42-minute kid’s TV show that we grownups enjoy, too.

On the whole, the DC Comics adaptations are less serious and more goofy than the Marvel ones. I mean, come on - Grodd the giant telepathic gorilla?

All these shows are kind of for kids, but the Marvel shows are more serious and adult-ish.
