I used to work across the street from a burgers & malt shop called Snuffy’s, and one of my favorite sandwiches there was the egg salad BLT. It was really very good. They call it the Lindy.

Haven’t had a Snuffy’s but back when I offered my husband an egg salad sandwich with tomato and he made a Eww face, then said “put bacon on it and I’ll reconsider.” I did and it was delish. Became a staple.
