Undocumented noncitizens are explicitly forbidden from possessing firearms. That’s why questions 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d1 & 12d2 are on AFT-4473. We need to require a background check on every transfer. Period. Sales new or used, private or gun show, gifts, inheritance - EVERY transfer. The only thing I would not consider a transfer is allowing someone to use your firearm in your presence while at a range.
