This is all true, but…

Where do you slot priority for the House between this and
a) getting aid, ANY kind of aid, out to combat the effects of the coronavirus?
b) protecting voting rights, including combatting voter suppression and protecting voting by mail?

The House CAN multi-task, but you’re going to see some erosion of efficicency given the number of days until November…and some prioritization seems necessary.
