Let’s settle it this way: Someone deliberately built the stage in the shape of the rune. It is unclear if the higher-ups knew what that meant or not; it is very plausible that they are stupid enough not to know and lazy enough not to care. Now can we get back to the great War of Pineapple on Pizza?

Whether it was intentional or not, that stage is a godsend for CPAC. Instead of talking about what was said there and what it means, everyone is arguing about set design. How about: The stage at CPAC looks like a symbol nazis used. It is impossible to say whether this was intentional. Everything they said and did on the stage is so hateful and loathsome that IT DOESN’T MATTER. What the stage looks like changes nothing about their message. Let’s all stop wasting our time.
