Look, there is no question that medicare should provide scooters for those with limited mobility. My point is that many get them that don’t have a real need, and we pay way over retail for each one.
I’d bet a big percentage of scooter sales come from the TV ad’s from companies that scam medicare to buy overpriced or unneeded scooters.

The point is you have no fucking idea which people in the buffet line at the casino really needs that scooter. And unless you do know for sure, how the hell can you even suggest that they don’t need it, or you question their need?
