I need to say this: It is possible that McCulloch doesn’t know that Backstoppers is involved with selling this t-shirt or that he did not participate in the decision to sell it.

It is of course also possible that McCulloch knew and approved, but I’d like to know more before I render judgement.

If McCulloch knew that a organization he is part of was selling those shirts, then he has to recuse himself. If he did not, then he needs to suspend his involvement with Backstoppers until the case is concluded.
