I don’t think so, if their attorney were present they’d have been noted on Page 1 under “Appearing Parties.” They didn’t have to show up because Chuck never even attempted to serve notice on any of the defendants. The Judge could sanction him for failure to attempt service as well but didn’t check that particular box and seems to be holding that back for now. Judge is probably waiting until the court can ask Chuck under oath if he ever even tried to serve notice.
