It’s that mindset that frustrates the hell out of me. I’m no leftist but we need to value workers as people rather than just fodder for wealthy people.

Apparently some companies have changed “Human Resources” to “Human Capital”. Which, really, just sums up the entire disfunction in American late capitalism.
