If it’s too loud, then you’re too old.

LOL! This is what I said to my old man this evening when my younger brother and I were playing a gig at a redneck bar tonight. I played bass and my brother played guitar. Dear ol’ Dad was a Singing Sergeant for 11 years in D.C. with the AF Band. He’s retired and old yes, it was too loud for him, he left after the first set. He was glad to see his kids who were raised around music were playing out after all those years of noise in the basement. Thanks for the years of music Dad, your kids are carrying on the family tradition, enjoy your retirement.
