OK in literal terms he did not make a comparison. In dog whistle terms he did and the comparison is antisemitic and as anti semitic as his Soros hit pieces that draw every libel from the Protocols.

In a more rational world, where his fans were more rational people, I might be inclined to agree with you.

However, he is a hateful showman and his slavering followers understand his points (explitict and implicit) all too well.
