Someone needs to email Cain those Kevin Phillips and Lee Atwater statements regarding how the Republican Party instituted the Southern Strategy.

Hint: It was ALL about getting the Southern racists into the Republican Party in response to the passage of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and 1967.

There was 57, 64 and 65. The confederates are still rubbing their asses about all three, to this day. It comes out in their utter schizophrenia when it comes to the word and concept “black”.
