OK, at the risk of getting dinged down here, I am a medical professional and I have ER experience. You can have a minor orbital fracture and not realize it at first. However, it’s a common injury and does not require a MMA SUPERPUNCH. And yes, it could happen if you got hit on the eye by a closing car door.

Just curious, could you detail what the typical treatment for something like that might be?
