In fairness to Sanders, a few weeks ago, he voted for the amendment that added Russian sanctions to the bill, but voted against the final bill because it included sanctions against Iran that he worried would undermine the Iranian nuclear deal.

Paul just doesn’t think the sanctions are worth anything, apparently.
