Speaking from my poitn of view, what I always hated about the Erickson view of Christianity is that this whole idea that those who don’t know the word of Christ are damned. So it’s your fault if you lived years before Christianity was even conceived? I theorize that I have ancestors that have been Jewish, Muslim, Pagan, and maybe even Hindu and Buddhist and other religions.
