That’s just his excuse to let things continue as is while he provides aide and comfort to the nazi’s of the alt-right. He is one of them and Twitter is their vehicle in the end. Twitter can not be salvaged in the long run.

I really don’t think Dorsey is sympathetic to Nazis. It’s worse. He’s blind to the damage they cause.

He’s a privileged, rich white guy and only sees what affects him. Which is pretty much nothing.
