She accepts climate change as real and believes in birthright citizenship; was against Trump’s attempting to change immigration law by executive order. She is someone whose positions could moderate if she were aligned with a different party.

According to FiveThirtyEight, Love’s votes have aligned with Trump’s positions around 96% of the time, as of October 2018. I think her views on immigration are more driven by her personal history than policy.
