We have always assumed she is chihuahua mixed with terrier. Years ago I met 2 rat terriers who looked a lot like Juno, with similar personalities, so I now assume she is part rat terrier. So they are probably 3rd cousins or something.

Rat terriers love to be in the highest spot they can reach. Also, since their fur isn’t thick, they LOVE blankets.
