I take no joy in the hijacking of the GOP by the lonnies, just the opposite. I rode onto LGF on my new Unicorn some two years ago full of hope and change in the dialog between the left and right.
I almost gave up hope even on here until the sane moderates from both the left and right welcomed me.
Sadly, LGF is a tiny bit of sanity in a crazy world, and I fear the lunatics have taken over the asylum. I watch other blogs hoping to see a few stand up to the insanity, but see little of it.
Even among the now ex-lizards, I’d expect a few would speak up even on “their” blog, but alas, they remain silent.
For example, even if you have ODS, and hate Obama’s agenda, how can you silently swallow this thread intro ?:

“The eugenics nature of Obamacare has been documented here for over a year now. The goal of this evil agenda is to select who lives and dies so the Progressives can create their New Man/Master Race. Progressive movements such as the Nazis and Communists have dreamed of creating the perfect human.”

Sigh…
