Yep. That was me. I take heat problems very seriously, since I have been a heat casualty before and I don’t like being stuck in a hospital for hours while medics try to stick an IV in me, only to find my veins keep collapsing.

I was careful and I drank a lot of water, but I knew I was starting to get in trouble when the headache started and my vision went a bit funny. Several people said they could by looking at me that I was overheated. Everybody needs to know about heat injuries and when to get help.
