Can’t forget about her being Latina and unashamed to criticize the economic status quo. I don’t consider myself a Dem Socialist but she’s A) Right to do that and B) It definitely inspires a lot of the ugly attacks on her. You know if she talked like Paul Ryan on economics, she’d be a GOP wunderkid and someone they’d talk about running in 2028. I have no idea what Alexandria’s future is but I’m encouraged with its genesis.

My new, Latina rep-to-be does not support Pelosi. I’m giving her slack, so far. She’s no Bernie-bro. She worked in Senator Udall’s office. She knows which end is up.
