Enforcement in what sense? I don’t think we can really shut off the market for illegal labor, although God knows I’d like to see us try.

I think there are too many people up and down the economic spectrum that benefit from the illegal immigrant workforce, from giant corporations to people just getting their lawns mowed cheaply, for immigration enforcement to ever happen consistently across the country.
