Yeah, I’m pretty much “meh” about this. If you have left the US and are actively involved with organizations that want to attack this country, I figure you have crossed the Rubicon.

I’d agree with that two-part description, especially given that it fits in with the original use of the crossing of the Rubicon by Caesar.
