Well, let’s be fair here: That’s because the actual history and method of construction with these structures is known, whereas the more ancient civilizations’ secrets are lost to us. The Pyramids are a great example. Historians have proposed several plausible theories of construction, with plenty of supporting evidence, but because there’s no direct translated record that says, “Here is how we built it,” people still want to invoke aliens or woo.
True, we don’t know which of several alternatives the Egyptians used on the Pyramids, but we do know a great deal about ancient Egyptian construction methods from later, but similar, projects. As for the Inca people, they continued to use the same methods for some time after the Spanish conquest and we actually know about it from that.
