A general comment over some of the discussion in this thread: Let’s be civil here even if we disagree strongly with positions taken by other lizards. There were a few times over the years when some lizards objected to one of my positions in a style that I thought was demeaning but I have learned even before joining this site that people (except for Trump supporters) often don’t realize how their language can be painful to others and don’t really intend to be cruel. We have enough problems to face in this new world without turning on each other.
