Where do they find undecided voters? Are they kept in a hermetically-sealed storage bin and trotted out every four years?

I get most people don’t pay much attention to politics until just before an election, but Holy Polling, Batman, how could anybody miss Trump over the last three years and think, “Well, I’m not really sure yet?”
