There are many ways to do it and one would be limit purchases to “in person” purchases, eliminating internet and by mail sales.

How will the businesses this puts under be compensated? One years profit? Five? They will have to be compensated, otherwise it’s an unconstitutional taking.

Are you including reloading components? I have to buy those by mail order as no stores within a 2 hour drive stock them.
