If that thing is spring loaded to pop open it would be illegal here in California. But I carry a Spyderco “Police” rescue design folder. 3.9’ blade, serrated with a big tang on the bottom. Designed to be able to pop door glass on cars and cut seatbelts/airbag/seat cushion to effect a rescue. I wonder if that would get me arrested in MD?
