Considering that Kavanaugh issued a political holding that the government’s action in barring a teenage immigrant in their custody from having an abortion didn’t constitute an “undue burden” on her right to an abortion, that’s pretty rich. Kavanaugh wasn’t about to rule in her favor and risk losing a Supreme Court nomination.
