I’m on antibiotics so it’s a given that I will.

I just hope the swelling on my right pinky isn’t serious. I figured it had to do with my right hand getting in the way while I’m asleep, to which I purchased a wrist brace to avoid those issues from now on.

Don’t be so sure. I went to a doctor for an earache 2 1/2 years ago. Initially they gave me eyedrops (!) to put in my ear, which made it hurt 10 times worse. I went back a few days later and they gave me a general—Cipro—which is presumably the cause of the tendonitis that’s pretty much crippled me for life. It didn’t start for a month or two instead of immediately like it’s supposed to, so it’s unprovable.

I still have the ear infection, it just doesn’t hurt any more….
