Indeed. Over the last 30 the years the GOP have won the popular vote once in a presidential election and yet the scotus is completely filled with radical RW extremists for a generation now.

If it weren’t for the malevolence of McConnell, there would be at least 4 Democratic appointees on SCOTUS. But Mr. Evil knows how to twist Constitutional and institutional processes to further his toxic agenda.
