FBI circle man accused of White House threat

A man suspected of making threats against the White House is in a standoff with authorities outside the Federal Building in West Los Angeles. [emphasis mine]

FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller says the building has been locked down since noon Thursday, and FBI employees are being asked to stay inside.
