No, not torture, keeping him from being a danger to himself and others.

Although I agree, he needs treatment. Just wish he would have gotten treatment BEFORE he committed the crime.

I don’t think that illness that spawned that manifesto is treatable, any more than any other terrorist mentality is treatable.
