I’m glad Discovery has the MRAs and bigots all apoplectic, because it proves that they aren’t really Trek fans at all; tolerance and inclusiveness has been a cornerstone of the ST franchise all the way back to TOS (even if Shatner seems to be contracting Trumpitis as of late, we can’t forget what he and Nichols did with their on-screen kiss and how they staged it).
